I am an Licensed Massage Therapist, a Neuro-kinetic Therapist, a R-Holy Yoga Therapist and certified in 3DMaps (3D Movement Analysis & Performance System).

I have speciality training in: somatic emotional release, lymphatic drainage, calming the nervous system, releasing and healing the vagus nerve, and relieving chronic pain by understanding neurocentric rehabilitation, muscle energy techniques, myo-fascial release, trigger point, scar tissue, TMJ and Functional Movement.

I as well am a 200-RYT, a certified Trauma Yoga Instructor, and a Yoga for 12 Step Recovery Facilitator.

What does all this mean? It means that I am a life long learner and passionate about helping YOU. I am here to help you recover from chronic pain, find relief from stress and trauma, and create a foundation of movement to do the things you love by supporting your nervous system along the way!

Our Story

Welcome to Magnolia Wellness, where our journey began as a personal quest to understand what was happening in my body and evolved into a heartfelt mission to share, connect, and uplift others all the things I have learned over the years.

Inspired by my own transformative experience, I started my healing journey with yoga, which I discovered during a challenging period of my life when my body seemed to be shutting down—a silent plea for self-care that I couldn't ignore. Through the practices of yoga, bodywork, and recovery from codependency; I found solace, rediscovered my purpose, and embarked on a profound healing journey.

If you're reading this now, consider this your sign—it's time to prioritize your well-being, to declare, "I am worth caring for,” for yourself, your loved ones, and your future.
